Continued Health Care Benefit Program (CHCBP)
Premium plan that mirrors TRICARE Select for 18–36 months after TRICARE (including TAMP, TRS, or TRR) ends. Enroll within 60 days of losing TRICARE or TAMP. After TRICARE Reserve Select, TRICARE lists 30 days. Humana Military is the contractor.
Timing. Usually 60 days from loss of TRICARE or TAMP; 30 days after TRS.
