Extra GI Bill months (Rudisill / Perkins)
Eligible veterans may use Montgomery GI Bill and Post-9/11 together up to 48 combined months. VA is auto-reviewing files; you do not file a special Rudisill request. The old Oct 1, 2030 deadline is gone. Still apply for GI Bill the usual way if you have never filed.
FortSource maps the official page. No claim filed on anyone’s behalf. Not VA, not DoD, and not legal advice. The issuing agency’s form wins.
