Yellow Ribbon (on top of Post-9/11)
Schools that cost more than the in-state public cap can share remaining tuition with VA. The school must be in the program and have a slot. Requires 100% Post-9/11 eligibility (usually 36 cumulative months of active duty, a Purple Heart, or a 30-day service-connected disability discharge).
Bring. Certificate of Eligibility plus the school’s Yellow Ribbon agreement.
